Option in the P2S Product List to duplicate a product in its entirety. When I try to duplicate a product in Joomla not all the product options, such as shipping info, transfers due to the fact that it's linked in Pro2Store, and not the Joomla Article directly.

Hey Josh -

I was wondering about product duplication. Are you saying there currently is a way to do this but options are not duplicated? I feel that this is an essential tool for populating and managing large catalogs. Maybe product import and export for new store creation as well? I realize that these are tall orders for R&D but I hope the usefulness of these features would make it worth it.

Howdy Robert Clinton If you notice the category, this is currently a "Feature Request" and will most likely be implemented at a future date. I do agree it is an essential tool, however they current work around would to be to duplicate the product Joomla article and then enable it for Pro2Store. Note, you'll probably need to make sure all the settings/options are set in Pro2Store for the product. It's not perfect right now, but until we come out with a native duplication issue, this is better than starting from nothing.

Aha! The Pro2Store Activation tab is what I was missing. I was looking for something to that effect in the documentation. That totally works for managing and populating products. This options issue is obviously problematic but I agree that it is a good starting point and I'm confident these features will develop in their time.
