No automated mail from the shop

Hello,

The website doesn't send any mail from the shop.
The user creation, managed by Joomla is ok, but none of the mails from the shop are sent.
I don't understand why.

Hello,
I updated my website to P2S 1.3.0
The problem with is still there, mails are not sent by the e-shop. I only receive the information of user account creation.
Please, can you help?
