Hello,

I can't succed in applying shpping rate.
As you can see below I've tested with a country zone: France

If I choose a product and go to the cart, shipping rate is not applied:

What is the way to display and calculate the shipping rate?

That's because you've choosen the only product with a flat rate shipping :)

Please choose another product and you shouldn't be able to have the "country zone shipping rate" calculated.
That one for example: https://philippemarty.com/boutique/lac-de-lers

Hi Ray,
Maybe I'm doing a wrong configuration and I should set a shipping rate for each product?

I'd like to establish a flat amoiunt rate for all my products, and I thought it is possible through the Shipping rate panel. But I can't achieve the configuration.

In fact, my final goal is to give free shipping for all French people.
How can I configure pro2store to do so?

I've investigated this... and it's actually to do with cart sessions that existed pre- 1.1.4 update.

There is a database field not being filled on those old carts.

If you can, clear the database table called #__protostore_cart, or enter 'defaultshipping' in the "shipping_type" column.

All new cart sessions should work (that's why my cart was fine).

Hi Ray,

Thanks, I have cleared the indicated table, but it seems that this does not change the calculation of the shipping in new carts. :o

I won't be able to test for a few days because I have to finish other projects beforehand.
I will come back to these tests and other points on Pro2Store next week.
