This is something we're looking into.

At the moment, we are limited by the default YOOtheme Pro elements... for instance, to render the title of the product, it is natural to use the YOOtheme Pro Title Element, but out-of-the-box, this element has no provision for schema.

For us to do this, it would require us to provide advanced versions of each YOOtheme Pro element - a massive undertaking considering we'd have to 'track' all of YOOtheme's updates.

The other solution is to provide an element that renders ld+json schema... this is something that's on our long-term todo list.

I didn't think SCHEMA.ORG PRODUCT had such problems. To be honest, I thought that everyone knew how to do it, and only I can not understand it.

I saw that your roadmap has a grid component for product categories. Please note that Yandex.ru (a popular search engine in Russia) does not process ld + json schema, but works with SCHEMA.ORG PRODUCT when you create a grid component for a product.
